Curry Fish Head From Shineshine Foodcourt

Yesterday my hubby bought some curry fish head back for dinner. My hubby was doing some shopping at Sunshine Square and before he came back, he went to the food court to buy something different for dinner. He decided to have some curry fish head!

The fish head, though not the best, is quite yummy. Look at the texture, nice fiery red garnish with some mint. My hubby also ordered some squid to go along with the fish head.

The curry fish head is hot and sourish type, which is to my liking. We enjoyed our dinner very much~~

  7. Hey Keith, welcome! Terima kasih for visiting my blog.

J2Kfm, it's the one in Bayan Baru. I like the pasar's Lai Hoe Bee Hoon Soup & Tom Yam. For BB, I like the laksa, Hokkien mee and lor bak.

  8. The fish head curry sure makes a nice dinner, even just one dish on its own...best eaten warm with those mint leaves.

  10. Yalor, CK Lam, you are right! Even though it's just one dish, however, it contains lady's fingers, fish head, squids, mint leaves, lots of onion, and tomatoes, so it's a flavorful enough to eat with white rice.

Elinluv, the fish lips contain gelatin, good for our skin. :)

  12. Lady owner is extremely rude, though. I wouldn't go there. You can get much better fish head curry elsewhere in Penang.
