Gourmet Pie Temptations @The Miami Bakehouse

The Miami Bakehouse is one of the most awarded bakery in Western Australia! We went there to savor the famous pies after our visit to Marapana Wifelife World.

See the awards hanging on the wall? Bear in mind, these are only part of them.

Heavenly cakes and tarts for those sweet tooth.

They have more than 30 gourmet pie varieties, ranges from meat, seafood, poultry vegetarian, sausage rolls and pasties, traditional pasties and vegetarian pastie.

Spinach and Ricotta Roll. It's a combination of tasty ricotta cheese, spinach, rice, potato and onion rolled into pastry.

Shepherds pie. A tasty pie crust filled with their famous lean beef steak, topped with mashed potato and sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.

Garlic Prawn, succulent large prawns in a garlic cream sauce make this another award winner!

Seafood Medley, a detectable combination of prawns, fish and scallops in a lemon pepper sauce.

Crab & Feta, crab and a light feta cheese in creamy peppercorn sauce.

So, after tasted all of the pies above, we were very impressed with the pastry. It's very soft compared to others like Ms Maud. The pastry is made from 100% vegetable products and it's trans fat free.
