Air Asia's Pre-booked International Meal

When hubby booked the Air Asia ticket online, he ordered the international meal for two. So here it is the 2 sets of Big Bruce's Smokey BBQ Chicken, served with Kit Kat and mineral water.

The tender boneless chicken meat was marinated and then barbecued to perfection. It's served with Big Bruce's secret spicy BBQ sauce, seasoned roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables like corns, cucumber and capsicum. Anyway, the food tasted ordinary, nothing special. In fact, it was too oily and spicy for our supper during the flight.

It's interesting to know what they serve on air asia.

I haven't taken Air Asia for long distance flight before. But heard that their food is quite good. But if it's oily, I wouldn't eat a bit, coz it'll make my stomach upset during the flight.

Ooh, flight meals are like car crashes... they're usually bad but you can't bring yourself to look away! At least this one STILL looks like chicken!

New Kid, yup. I have some free time. More food review are coming soon.

Dora, it looked tasty but tasted so so only.

Squall, I see. So, does it tastes good?

Mimid3vils, the gravy is too oily for my liking.

Pigpigcorner, actually there's nothing special.

SugarBean, in fact, my stomach was a little bit upset. It kept on "burning" for a while.

BBO, most of the time will get disappointing.

Steven, it costs RM15 per set. Not sure if tax is included. Penang Hokkien Mee, no lar, LOL.

worldwindows, not sure if they allow us to change the order to nasi lemak or sate set. I'll request then.

550ml jar of faith, haha, yes. Actually I didn't expect good food to be served.

Tigerfish, absolutely not. :(
